may be upgraded, just ask your sales representative.  We have 30 different plans varying in size and style.  We have split level, bi-level, 2-story, cape cod, and the most common ranch plan.  Most all of our homes are built to sell as a spec home.

Schalmo Builders INC. offers a 1 Year Warranty Guarantee for all our homes and a customized home owner manual which gives step by step construction procedure and how to take care of your home.  We offer a range of prices from $110,000 to $170,000 which includes the lot.  We offer a range of different sizes and styles of homes in different areas of Stark, Summit, Portage, Wayne, and Medina Counties.  We have completed spec homes for you to look at or customers that will share their homes.  We do not have furnished models in order to keep our services at their lowest possible cost.
